Conditions of registration
Registration deadline (for pre-registration) is May 2nd, 2025. Upon receipt of your fully completed registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation by mail. In case of cancellation (only in writing!) up to four weeks before the start of the event, a handling fee of EUR 60,- per person (except students and low income: EUR 25,-) will be charged. In case of cancellation up to two weeks before the event, half the registration fee is due. In case of later cancellation or no-show at the event, the full participation fee has to be paid. A substitute participant can of course be named. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.
