On Friday evening, the Charité Mayo Committee honoured Dr. Dennis Slamon from Santa Monica, California, for his outstanding engagement in Gynaecological Oncology with the International Charité Mayo Award.
In his presidential lecture about the never ending HER2-study, he presented more than 15 years’ of his experiences in the field of oncology, opening the doors for personalized medicine.
