The Call for Abstracts also covers Trials in Progress Abstracts (phases I to III, supportive care, nonpharmacologic interventions) as well as Encore Abstracts.
Deadline
Abstract Submission
- Only by email to: abstracts@charite-mayo.de
- Amount: max. 300 words
- Language: English
- Acknowledgment of receipt contains further information
Poster Presentation
- Poster size: max. 90 cm wide and 120 cm high
- Language: English
- Poster number: top left; title, authors, clinic, institution as well as email address in the upper area
- Objectives, methods, results and summary should be outlined
- Characters min. 18 mm high; tables/graphics in adequate size
- Poster fixing: Friday, May 9th 2025, up to midday
- Fixing material will be provided
- Poster inspection: Saturday, May 10th 2025, midday (exact time: please see final program)
- Presentation: 3 minutes per poster + 2 minutes discussion
- Poster removal: Saturday, May 10th 2025 until 3.00 pm (no dispatch possible)
Poster Awards
The independent Poster Award Committee will choose three of the presented posters for the CMC poster award.
Publication of Abstracts
All papers accepted by the Selection Committee will be published in an international research journal.
